But I still give the vendor positive rating because he seemed to be very concerned and took a personal interest in what the problem might be and offered advice and was quick to give a full refund when I returned the keys. If I need keys in the future I will try this vendor again. As it turns out, a key purchased elsewhere worked and solved the issuee, and I appreciate the quick refund from this vendor for the keys that didn't work and actually stuck in the lock and had to be removed with a pliers, hence breaking. I contacted the seller before returning a broken key and he said that was fine to return it. I received the rack this summer. The locks are not weathered.
