The product was well described on the page and as described when arrived, excellent quality, all the part were there. What was absolutely amazing is that I ordered the item on Thursday and it was delivered on Monday! Herman Miller estimated delivery was 6 weeks later!! The chair came in excellent condition. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to use one of the controls once the chair was assembled, I messaged and got a reply right away first thing in the am.

I am grateful to be able to purchase this item at a fraction of the cost of buying it new, it's better for my budget and the environment. Overall very happy and would recommend this seller. Thank you!
