I do not particularly care for these filters, they don't fit well in the filter containers I have.
the ad is very misleading. "1-25" indicates "ONE TWENTYFIVE PACK" not ONE to TWENTYFIVE. I had others ready to purchase for less, I lost that deal to take what I thought to be a better deal. that is why I ordered TWO! I even read through to see how many were "in a pack" it did not say. needless to say IM NOT HAPPY! misleading and not friendly. I IMAGINE the filter is as described...I may never

We experienced some issues with the shipping company (they "lost" the package!), through NO FAULT of Membrane Solutions. They (Membrane Solutions) was quick to respond to my difficulty, and followed through in helping to track down why and where it was delayed, then packed and shipped replacements, and continued to check in to make sure all was handled satisfactorily and the purchase completed. Despite the issue with the package lost in shipping, I consider this to be received on-time.
