BMS board works very well in protecting and maintaining 20 x 18650's (4 series banks, each of which is 5 cells in parallel). Tested batteries fully charged with a load of about 1A, which approximates the equipment to be powered. Charger was the 16.8V Li-Ion model from the same seller. Batteries charge to 16.7V, and BMS board maintains and shuts down batteries when expected during discharge. Highly recommended.
