Also battling for supremacy this time around are Andre Arlovski, Cabbage Corriera, Robbie Lawler, Yves Edwards, Hermes Franca, and Genki Sudo.UFC 48: On June 19, 2004, the Ultimate Fighting Championship returned to Las Vegas, with Ken Shamrock in a rematch against Hawaiian fighter Kimo after an eight-year waiting period. In the co-main event, former champion Tim Silva takes on Frank Mir. The undercard features Phil Baroni, Evan Tanner, Matt Hughes, "Charuto" Verissimo, Georges St. Pierre, and Matt Serra, for a total of eight matches in all.
