Easy to order my blower motor, arrived in perfect condition which included the fan wheel and the SEAL, "big deal" I have a 2000 Dodge Ram Van 3500, that rubber seal was 22 years old and toast. I'm not a mechanic guy so it took 1.5 hours mostly trying to get the part out from under the hood with all the air conditioning lines, finally just dropped it down on the ground rather than pull out. Did also replace the resistor. Total project, a huge success. Thanks for great service "autoparts_premium".
