I prefer listening to this speaker (on my kitchen counter) than any other speaker in my house. The bass cleanly fills the room. Able to control this speaker with built-in google assistant. I can also link with other speakers in my house (that have either google assistant capable receiver or a chrome cast audio connected) and control using google home app from my phone. Hope you enjoy bugging your own house for google.
This device comes with MANDATORY google home which of course comes with all of the nonsense that comes with google. You can't just spend your hard earned money on a decent blue tooth speaker. You have to surrender your privacy once again. Also unless your phone is very expensive the setup will not work. I have a moto e6. After downloading google home (yet ANOTHER app that spies on you) it failed to connect to the device three times. The bluetooth button that blinks for setup shuts off before my phone can fully connect. Not sure what I'm gonna do but I'm greatly disappointed that this device will not work without google home. If google home goes off line or what this purely bluetooth speaker (no inputs for any other media) will be rendered useless. Overall I was excited when I got the box, ... Perhaps a little bass heavy, but it does have room filling sound for sure. It looks great, and the Google Assistant is responsive. One thing to be aware of: This model has Google Assistant and acts just like a home mini, but no inputs on the back. As far as I can tell Klipsch has several models of "The Three" but doesn't make one in this series with both Google and inputs, so be sure which model you're ordering.Perhaps a little bass heavy, but it does have room filling sound for sure. Klipsch is my go to speaker
This speaker is perfect for my Mid Century decor with great out of the box sound. I do wish that it had some control over the bass and treble through the google home app. Not a deal breaker.
