out of 4 old cartridges 2 were empty...had the printer tell me to use HP ones when I put in the CISS ones... All I did was take a Needle and put in the Ink to 20% in the Old empty one and trick it into thinking it was Full.... then put in the New CISS ones and the printer was Fine... did a 35-page test and All is good so Far...
