Sorry you're having problems w/your personal HVAC equipment. Used part sold/delivered early August, now late September and this is 1st contact from you. Part used for almost 2 months. We would be glad try and repair for you. We understand your original owned part also was defective in same way. We do not have defective complaints so it is more likely your HVAC issue was misdiagnosed and you have surges or failing HVAC that is ruining good functioning displays. Please have a tech fix and address.

Easy to install. Took about 5 minutes to set up. My Nest thermostat is in my downstairs living room (the coldest room in the house) but our upstairs master bedroom gets afternoon sunlight and gets MUCH warmer than the rest of the house. So I bought this additional sensor to place in the master bedroom to help even out the temps in the house. Note: you will need a coin to open the back of the sensor. Once open you can scan the QR code inside for easy pairing with your Nest thermostat.
