Horrible communication skills even thought it was my mistake not to read it was a used item. Once they told me and I checked the listing i admitted that it was my mistake. However the way they reply to me was very unprofessional. They told me that it was my mistake and that I needed to cancel the return as it was my error

How is telling a buyer that they made a mistake and didn't bother to read the listing properly horrible communication skills? LOL It states in 4 different places that it is a used emblem and they thought they were buying new. They didn't bother to mention that they messaged us that demanding a refund since we send the a "returned emblem with adhesive" on it. We even refunded this buyer when we had NO obligation to do so without returning the emblem.
