    I should have led with Pioneer

    Don't know why I didn't just get a Pioneer system first. This is the third system I've put in my truck in less than 2 months. The market is saturated with cheap Chinese Android systems boasting Wireless Carplay, and I installed two of them before coming to my senses. This Pioneer head unit also gave me my SiriusXM back which is a bonus. The quality and performance of the DMH W2700NEX compared to the first two Andriod systems is simply remarkable.

    Great when it works

    Is great when it works, however it fails to connect via wireless CarPlay about 1 out 5 times. Also at times the screen is unresponsive, tapping the screen or the side buttons. When playing music via CarPlay, sometimes it will go to a screen showing the currently playing song, but there are no navigation buttons, no way to get back. You have to tap the home button on the side and go back into CarPlay. Again when it works it's nice. Sounds great in my vehicle. Just wished it was more reliable.

    Perfect for my Roland AE-10
