My BUNN BX-B Velocity Brew Coffee Maker had been working fine for a number of years. Then, suddenly, no burner light, and no heat. I searched the internet, and found that the thermal fuse unit was the likely culprit. I also found a repair video on youtube that demonstrated how to change out the thermal fuse unit. So, I purchased this BUNN Coffee Maker Thermal Fuse Kit on eBay. It arrived in 3 days. I immediately removed the old thermal fuse, and installed the new one. The Coffee Maker works as good as new. It was a simple fix (instructions included). It only took me about 5 minutes to complete. Thermal fuse kit for Bunn coffee maker
I have two Bunn coffee makers, both are exactly the same. I installed the fuse kit in one of them and it didn't work, but when I put it in the other, I got one of my coffee makers back... No need to go out and buy another Bunn right now. At $6 dollars, its a far cry from over $100 dollars for a new maker that is still exactly the same. The fix take about 15 minutes, and wah la.

Easy thermal fuse replacement
This was the correct thermal fuse assembly for my Bunn model GRX-B coffee maker. I had traced the problem to one of the two fuses installed in series. One fuse tested as closed and the other had failed and created an open power circuit. The replacement part was easy to install. Having the proper crimping tool is recommended for making the end connections. Seller may want to list the Tf degC rating for the specific fuse(s) supplied as there are several various temperature ratings for different units. My old fuses were Tf 141 degC and the new replacements supplied were Tf 142 degC. A good match. Correct item, correct quantity, quick timely delivery, and most of all the coffee maker is back in service as desired. I've purchased 2 of these fuses in the past and they are THE solution for repairing your Bunn Coffee Maker when the On/Off light and Heating Element go out. Why pay another $100- $120 for a brand new Bunn, when this small and inexpensive part is the way to repair it ? A Phillips Screwdriver, a Pair of Wire Crimper/Strippers and 15 minutes is all it takes. Step by Step Instructions are included along with the Thermal Fuse for easy repair. Keep an extra one on hand, it's a true money saver !I've purchased 2 of these fuses in the past and they are THE solution for repairing your Bunn Coffee Maker when the On/Off light and Heating Element go out. Just What The Doctor Ordered
I was looking for a new Bunn Coffee Maker when I cam across this Bunn Repair. Wasn't sure but it claimed to fix the problem I was Having, my water wasn't heating anymore so I figured I had not much to loose to give it a try. I did and it fixed the problem, I had it installed in about 10 minutes and working like new. The only downfall I've found it these replacement Thermal Fuse Kits don't last real long. The Original lasted a few years and the replacements haven't made a year yet. I've replaced it 3 times and finally just bought a New Coffee Maker.
