Packaging was a little subpar and item got roughed up during shipping leading to me having to round lots of tiny parts and put in the ziploc so I could reassemble it before installing on my vehicle... part however fits correct and seems to work fine. Overall a good transaction. Item in description/photo however was much more cosmetically pleasing vs what I actually received. Would prefer to have had a picture of the actual part I'd be receiving vs the misleading picture perfect part.

Radio works as intended. The product does not always get shipped with the usb port cover, which is depicted in the listing. When asked about it the seller said that that may happen, however it was not mentioned anywhere in the description or listing that the radio may not contain all that is pictured. Furthermore the seller could not provide the security code required and directed me to the dealership who will not give you the code without proof of ownership. Had to pay a third party website.
