What didn't go well was collection from the store - and I know that's nothing to do with the seller. I was only alerted to the fact that it had arrived when I was asked for feedback on the product. Then when I tried to collect it (having received no e-mail) I wasn't allowed to do so - this despite the fact that I was able to see the parcel and identify myself. Very frustrating.
