Both the crust and the no sugar added apple pie filling were extremely delicious... however...the crust was so dry it flaked apart and was like eating dry potato flakes. The only way to eat it intact was to store it in the fridge then eat it straight out and cold. The filling was just a smear and needed to be increased another teaspoon or two.

Gluten free baking is an art. FloraPlum is a creative genius - I've been gluten free for over twenty years so I've tried many GF products. Her baking is #1 honestly! I love her shortbread style crust on the hand pies. Sometimes I cut-up fresh strawberries or blueberries and add them on top of the pie. Whipped cream would be lovely! I enjoy this little work of art for as long as possible....thank you Dianna for selling online!
