    The quality and condition of the product was as described at a reasonable cost. The item got shipped very quickly. However, the shipper listed was Australian Post and they provided the tracking but the package arrived via DHL. This caused a little uncertainty as to were to expect the package from. In the end DHL contacted me and all issues were resolved.

    Originally sent less quantity than ordered, claimed it must have been lost by Australia post - yet other items in same parcel were fine. When contacted, stated they would send the missing parts (they missed other items from my total order). Replacement items were still not complete, company just stood ground showing item was picked at warehouse and sent. Yet it wasn’t in the parcel. So clearly dodgy warehouse staff when it comes to stock management. Other items were as described.
