I had broken the data USB port meaning I could no longer update the unit maps/POI's etc. Replacements were £600 so £21.95 for the repair and £17.10 to the Royal Mail for Special Delivery both ways saw my unit back in my hands within 4 days of posting. He kept me updated all the way whether it arrived or not, he even chased with his local postie! Once my parcel got to him, he turned it around in 1 DAY and got it posted straight back to me. Amazing service, very helpful and very quick. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
