This is my first time using this product by PCA. I I really like it. I apply this & let it dry before using my moisturizer in the a.m. and at bedtime. I have only just started to use it so I can’t say with 100% certainty but this is makes my skin look younger? I’ll continue to watch it over the next four weeks & report the results back to consumers.
