It's OK, not great
It is what it is. It's marketing hype should be ignored as performance of this type of antenna is limited by terrain... for example, if there are any hills.. even slightly above a line of sight placement between antenna and broadcast station will not perform as advertised. Getting a quality signal is a trial and error operation.
