I'm replacing them again because I don't want them to total break and ruin my hardwood floor. I'm not heavy but this is my second set on my office chair same company. First chair was perfect. One chair's label was destroyed and was shipped far away by FedEx. Box arrived resealed with a lot of clear packing tape and was roughly handled.
