It was my fault, I didn't read below, I thought it was already rebuild motor/tilt but its was actually service rebuild, meaning I have to sent mine old one to them to have rebuild for me and sent it back here. Mine was broke for sure that cannot be rebuild. I was waiting for them to ship and I asked where my item was. They respond back quickly and realize what was going on. I got my money back refund.
