Simple to use even for a novice like me! Just take your time!
I was panicking after a glow pug snapped in the head of a 1.6 Tdi VAG engine, I searched the internet and found a few Utube videos of people using this tool set, I have absolutely no experience with removing glow plugs ! I ordered this kit and it arrived in 2 days (great) I managed to remove the broken glow plug in 30 mins!! Amazing stuff The kit had instructions inside , I read them but had watched the utube videos so kind of understood how they worked, i was very worried about damaging the head, but i must say absolutely brilliant tools, 4th glow plug was completely removed, drill was sharp , everything worked exactly as it should of! Worth the investment
The product did the job it was asked to do. The quality wasn’t the best and I don’t know how many times it could be used. The product was 80% cheaper than noted brands. It solved my problem and I was well pleased about that. Perfect Tool For Snapped Glow Plug Removal.
I snapped all 4 glow plugs in my 2010 Mitsubishi L200 when I tried to remove them, I was quoted £450 + vat to remove them by a local repair shop which I couldn't really afford, so I turned to youtube watched a couple of videos of extracting the glow plugs using this tool and the rest is history, I bought one from ebay for £32 and had all 4 glow plugs extracted an refitted with new ones in less than 2 hours, the tool is an amazing piece of kit and it saved me over £400, I would definitely recommend buying it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

beware and use caution
The drills supplied with the kit are poor quality and break into the heater plug causing more problems than they solve and are not fit for purpose. Always use good quality HSS bits to avoid problems and do a dummy run on the bench in a vice.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
