I have bought 5 HP 80 black printheads from this supplier and only one of them worked. A replacement for one other printhead was sent to me and that worked for 5 days, then failed. This order was with a printhead cleaner but the cleaner has never been received. The supplier has stopped responding to my messages and they have not refunded me for the missing cleaner. I don't recommend buying from them. Their shipping time is also fictitious, the 4 day shipping was more like two weeks.
