Excellent shape and after installing, everything worked as expected and I'm very pleased with the quality. For a 115 volt system, it is a very good quality system. It even has a quiet mode for fan. I've installed many expensive Fujitsu mini-splits and I was very happy with this unit. I have only one complaint!! The lineset should be a bit longer that is attached to the evaporator. I had to connect the flare connection before I hung the evaporator. I installed it on a 6" thick wall.
