I compared features like BTU, SEER, and outside operating temperature. I needed a Mini split that would operate below 5 degrees Fahrenheit. The CH is rated down to -13 degrees. The price was lower than the DIY brands. I decided to purchase a HVAC vacuum pump so I can do the complete installation myself. The cost of the vacuum pump was well worth it because I ordered 3 units. An HVAC pro would be $300 each.

Unit is precharged, recommend a vacuum pump and a 5/16 to 1/4 mini split adapter so you can do your own evacuation - doing this, however, will void warranty. Look forward to installing, looks like a very quality unit.

Once notified, the seller immediately sent a replacement with tracking info and on top of that, they double-boxed it to avoid any chance of the replacement being damaged. Delivered by truck with lift-gate whilst strapped to a wood pallet, and wrapped in clear plastic roll material (Saran Wrap for grown ups). This, for the purpose of weather protection. Added to which, the delivery driver kindly used their pallet jack to roll it where I asked within the garage, whereby I signed for it. Should you buy from them? Can't say but to the question would 'I' would purchase from this vendor again . . . a definite, yes.
