It is not reliable.
I have had to replace the battery 8 times. It has a tendency to overcharge easily. I have tried a high performance adapter, a slow performance adapter, a direct connect to a surge protector and from a USB port on my computer.AT&T has sent me 2 new chargers and two new hot spot devices. Results have always been the same. If charged at half way, it charges down to 0% If it is at 2% it might get to 25% and then declines to 0%. The Hot Spot device is no longer available and when the batteries are no longer available, I will just have to get a new device.
