It was missing the condensate drain and it was aftermarket, not Goodman. When I told them their listing was wrong they acknowledged I needed a different part number - no instructions, no offer to exchange or replace and no apology for the incorrect listing. Since temps were freezing I added a drain port. Now it's now out again. I am trying to buy a discounted part and they will not help.
