Ya know how things "sneak-up" on us? This is one such item. I suffered a TBI,Spinal injury. Nothing works correctly now. I have been prone to constipation ever since. I was having a bad,plugged up week. I realized my supply was gone & thanks to my memory being less than solid, had been for a couple of added weeks. Do Not Discount how much this helps.
