I use this to prevent infection as it is a potent antimicrobial and antiviral. Mainly, I use it to prevent colds and encourage sound, restful sleep. I take 1 before bed nightly. Taking 1 per day will last 120 days or 4 months. It definitely improves my sleep. I fall asleep faster. I gave my mother 1 of these and she said she slept the better having taken 1 than she had in YEARS. It is very good for stress and anxiety too. Useful like Rosemary tea as a calmative. My son is blood type A. This is suppose to help with stress and help a person feel calm. My son struggles with social anxiety. After taking this for a month he walked over to someone he knows and said wait I need to give you a hug goodbye. My whole life he has never done this. This definitely works
