Great costumer service! It's the one of fastest, and one of the most durable hdd's there is. . I recommend this for applications such as: music production, gaming, video editing, design, rendering, and other high demanding software programs; or if you just want a fast mass storage function but as a backup not running Windows.

Almost perfect
The drive is functional but being a 2.5 drive I had believed it would fit my needs better. I have several devices and enclosures for these smaller drives but the Constitution Series is fatter than other laptop drives. The drive looks like a very fat Pop Tart And will not fit into any of my drive bays. So yaayyyyy more storage but now I have to use it externally which I will grudgingly get used to….. Great drive for small and cool data storage.
First off, this is a 15mm drive, so it won't fit in most laptops. It also requires 12V and 5V, which most laptops don't provide. I use two of these in RAID0 for an always-on data array. I was having problems with standard laptop drives lasting only about a year. Performance is great and reliability is good so far. The 3.5" family is more cost effective, but these draw alot less power. 1.4M MTBF and 5 year warranty is nice.First off, this is a 15mm drive, so it won't fit in most laptops. not good for USB external drive
Ignore my quiet, fast, & reliable answers because I don't know. You might ignore my star rating for essentially the same reason. I had to cancel the order because I discovered that it requires a 12-volt power supply and I wanted to use it as a USB external drive and because only a 5-volt power supply is available in standard USB cables.

For its price, normal hard drives
At its price, normal hard drives, the only state of sectors for hard drives is different. Of the purchased 6 hard drives, only 4 have a response time of sectors within the limits of the norm. The other 2 have sectors with a response time of more than 150 ms. Details in the screenshots.
