    cheaper than after market product

    It is advertised as OEM Honda filter with Honda Part #. However, the filter received did not have any Honda marking.

    Good replacement for OEM filter

    The packaging suggests this is an authentic Honda OEM product, but several details make it hard to verify for certain. In any case, the design, materials, build quality, and fit are excellent. It looks identical to the (verified) original item it replaced in my vehicle. It's also at least half the price of a filter you can buy at a Honda dealership. Make sure you install it with the correct side facing up as there is no arrow designating this: the single-ply edge pleat should face down as it is captured by the filter holder tray edge to secure it and prevent air blow by.
