The item is refurbished and not "new...unused...overstock". I don't think those are the same thing, but whatever...the item seems to work fine. It took longer to be sent out then advertised but delivered in a week is ok I guess.

Great seller. Item was in great shape as described. Very well packed and shipped lightning fast. Came with instructions on how to pair with existing earbud but the process can be complicated depending upon your circumstances so I suggest you research reddit for alternate pairing methods. Be patient, it will ultimately work despite Samsungs own Tech Support saying it's not possible to pair and I needed to buy a brand new set LOL.
