    Item received has different part number than the one in the listing. But appears to have the same spec. Looked good, but gets unusually hot ( 125C) at just 20% of the rated wattage. Unfortunately, I didn't test before installing it. Ordered replacement from another seller. Must have got a defective part, can't blame the seller. Test before installing in critical equipment.

    Hi! Thanks for your feedback. Per the listing, the stock you get will either be Clarostat, Memcor Truohm, or Mallory. This value, we only have the Memcor Truohm available. If the resistor is getting hot, then you are most likely not using a high enough wattage and need to get one that is larger. I will message you about it to make sure you see it. Thanks!
