    Upon my request the seller added a video of item in use before I purchased-great for my peace of mind, great customer service. It did take a week for the item to be shipped, but in sellers defense, it is not their usual type of sale (sewing machine); I’m sure finding a box and packaging took longer than usual. Once shipped, I received item within 5 days (12 days from payment); item was well packaged and just as described for a good value. Would definitely purchase from seller again. Thanks!

After inadvertently initially sending me the wrong shirt (which he graciously let me keep), he expedited the correct shirt to me. the Better Call Saul T shirt is in my opinion the best on the present day market .no doubt about it.
