How to save a $200 Razor
I have a really expensive, relatively old Remington R845. I put new blades in it and replaced the old, factory Nicad batteries with these Kastars, and I've got a new shaver again. I've had them in for 3 weeks now with absolutely NO PROBLEMS. The shaver is back to running at full speed. Just FYI, for anyone unfamiliar with how they work.., If your batteries are bad, your shaver won't work (or work well), even when it's plugged into the 110V Wall Receptacle. You've got to change the batteries. I de-soldered out the old ones and soldered in the new ones. Don't be scared, you can do it.
