Overall, the purchase was good. I would have liked a power cable to be included but that was not an issue caused by seller (logistics affected by covid). The hard drives had issues, so I got fed up troubleshooting and threw those POS drives away, and went out to BESTBUY to grab a new HD. I really wish the hard drives would be checked better before shipping...I probably would have not bought this if I knew this would happen. Now the server works perfectly, but of course spending MORE money.

We offer a 60-day hardware warranty. We build, test, and even raid the drives before being shipped out. If it was two drives, it was a raid 1 which will only show one drive. If the drives failed, this could be due to shipping damages and we are more than happy to swap them out for replacements hard drives at no cost due to failures on parts.
