I recommend this for anyone, not just postpartum women
I checked this out at a library several times, and finally decided to just buy it. It's broken down into four, ten minute workouts you can combine or do separatly. It combines light weights and cardio, which is important if weight loss is your goal. One of my favorite things about this workout dvd is that it works the triceps more than any other dvd I've tried. I think this is between a beginner and intermediate level, which for me, is what I'm looking for. My youngest is three and I think it's a good work out for anyone, not just postpartum women. My only complaint is that I don't feel there is a sufficient warm up, which is important. If you get your heartrate up to fast without warming up adequately, your workout will suffer, and it's not good for your body. Take it easy the first five minutes or warm up before you start.

I am very happy with my Buff Moms DVD! On mornings I don't make it to the gym (3 kiddies under 4 will do that to you) I take some time out while the kiddies are going crazy and do my workout. Most of the time my older 2 join in and my baby watches. I haven't had it for very long so I expect to see results in a few more weeks. I hope you like getting sweaty!! This is a great program. Already feeling the benefits!
I like this program because it is not too difficult for the mom healing from childbirth, but it is also not too simple. I have done the program for the last two days and I am already feeling the benefits... not to mention I'm also sore all over, especially in the areas that really need work! I recommend this DVD to all women, not solely new moms. It really gets you moving and your heart pumping!
Buff Moms: Beyond Baby Workout
This workout is great. It targets all the areas I want to work on after having a baby. There are 3 cardio and 1 tummy toner session, all of which are 10 minutes long. I love this because I can squeeze in one quick workout or I can do all of them when I hae more time.
