This is the worst touring trunk/box money can buy. It is a cheap, ill-designed, and badly constructed item. The box comes without assembly instructions for a reason, the luggage rack in the photo cannot be mounted on the box as pictured on eBay. The item doesn't fit Harley Davidson FLHTP because it block the hard saddlebags from opening. Of course, you will need to drill new holes because the pre drilled ones wouldn't match. The seller knew and deliberately concealed the problems.
