  • Hypoglycemia for dummies

I have seen these type books in stores before and thought they where trying to be funny about the title. These type books are not calling you dumb. This type book is written so that the lot of most people can understand. They do not use all those fancy words and it is laid out for anyone to understand. What is not realized is that a hypoglycemic person should be eating the same diet as a hyperglycemic person. This book will make it easy for anyone to go through and know what to do for there low blood sugars. Thanks so much to the aurthor of these type books. Thanks Debra

  • What a great book!

As with all of these books (... For Dummies), this book is very easy to read with clearly defined sections and chapters. It has some very helpful information that a NORMAL person can actually do without needing a PHD. I loved this book and own several of these types of books.

  • Hypoglycemia for Dummies

I THINK ALL THE "FOR DUMMIES" BOOKS ARE PRETTY WELL DONE. THEY USE HUMOR TO HOLD YOUR ATTENTION. THIS BOOK IS ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR BEGINNERS I THINK. I'VE BEEN DOING THIS AWHILE BUT I ALSO READ SOME TIPS AND IDEAS I HADN'T THOUGHT OF OR HAD THOUGHT OF IN A DIFFERENT WAY. I'M ALWAYS LOOKING FOR GOOD IDEAS. THIS BOOK HAS SOME.

  • It's worth every penny and more.

I bought this book because I have hypoglycemia and have been doing the balancing act with my diet for years. This book is a wonderful guide to help make it easier. The nice thing is it covers more than just your diet. I say "buy it" if you struggle with your blood sugar level and improve your overall health.

  • Great source of information!

This book explains hypoglycemia from many perspectives, then gives practical suggestions for managing and treating the problem. After struggling with hypoglycemia for several years I'm feeling much better! Best resource on the subject I've ever seen.
