    While the laptop I received had issues causing it to crash, I believe it was likely memory, GPU, or driver related. Screen was a bit scuffed but it fit the item description. No problems with packaging. Seller was extremely helpful and quick to respond. External factors caused slower shipping, but the seller sent it to be shipped in a timely manner. I wouldn’t mind buying from them again.
