FedEx tried to face the package so the damaged of the box wasn’t in the delivery picture😖. Anyway I contacted the vendor and not just one offer to fix it. Three! They offered to ship parts, give a discount or just refund, and replacement! I mean guys where do you find a company with that level of service. I haven’t received the replacement item yet. But even with the gorillas at FedEx this mixer looks solid. I’m happy
