    I received the wrong item, NOT what was pictured. I contacted the Seller, and got multiple confusing messages causing me to ask several times if Seller even had the item in the picture. It took many days (a week) and my sending multiple repeat questions to clarify what Seller would do to fix the situation. Was finally offered a return label, but I'll keep bulbs and buy adapters. I will NOT be buying from this Seller in the future. Terrible communication.

    Item not as described. Item described as coming from NJ. Item came from Amazon in CT. To return item, seller emailed a UPS Amazon return label that goes to KY, to the Amazon Return Center? I hate Amazon and don't shop there, which is why I shop at eBay. But this seller is drop shipping from Amazon. Save yourself some grief and avoid this seller. This ordeal was two weeks of unacceptable aggravation.
