      Laptop was described well and cosmetic issues looked worse in the photos than in person. Shipping speed and packaging was done within expectations. The wrapping around the laptop was good enough to prevent shipping damage in most cases. The only improvement that I’d highly suggest is making sure to eliminate dead space in the box so that the laptop can’t move around. Feel like I got a good deal. Very happy with purchase.
