Not sure seller knew since it had plastic on it. Don't want to return it as it's a hard to find tape and I'm happy to own it. I just don't like that it was described as brand new just bc it had plastic on it. If it was even the original seal. Contacted seller and all they said was, "Sorry. I'm not watped. Thanks."
