The remote control was packaged nicely in a heavy bubble wrap package/envelope that was compact enough to fit in my mailbox. The remote control was shipped promptly and delivered quickly to me in Chicago. The remote was a replacement for my original which broke. The remote works very well and met the description in the add on EBay. I would purchase from this seller again.

However, this seller was at least quick to reach back out, to admit there was a screw up on their end and to not charge me for return shipping. It was close to what was described, but it was a model number mix-up. The packaging was top notch and for Laptops at an affordable price to at least get a vote of confidence whether they work or not upfront was appreciated. Even came with a slip of paper to describe what was expected.
