      Well, I purchased a piece that looked pristine, but upon arrival arrived with dents and scratches. The seller offered five dollars back stating that the cost of shipping was high, and thus the reason why it was packaged in that box the way it was, I did inform the seller I know the cost of shipping for a box that size and it wasn’t what I paid. I was appalled by the offer of five dollars.

      The item's value is $12 so $5 is almost half the value of the item. If they don't agree with the offer to remedy with the problem, they could have just ask for something they feel fair. We're easy to work with but the buyer decided to leave a negative feedback instead.
