    Printer was as advertised. I was originally sent an incorrect tracking number and carrier which caused lots of delivery confusion. The tracking number said it was delivered via USPS, which it wasn't. I ended up opening a support case for non-delivery. In the meantime, the printer eventually shows up two days later with a UPS tracking number. But the communication with the seller was lacking and they seemed not to totally understand what the tracking number issue was and never acknowledged it.

    this is my third time asking you not to send these forks as they were purchased by accident and these won't work as we need the heavy duty forks I was looking at another's page with your page and mistakenly purchased your lighter forks . I asked you thirty seconds after realizing I bought the wrong persons forks. I don't know why you won't respond because you left me a feedback an hour or so after I asked to return my money so if you send it I will return it so please be decent and cancel order.
