I understand people makes mistakes. HOWEVER, when item was received the seller stated the item was not returned in same condition it was shipped. This simply was not true, but only a way to not have to give me a full refund. The item was only taken out the box when I saw it was not the correct item. Disappointed that this seller knowingly would lie.
