    This little radio will surprise you!

    Build quality is similar to today's radios except the plastic feels better in the hand and dials turn very smoothly. The main thing with this little radio is the reception. The radio says "high sensitivity receiver" on the front of it and I believe it. The radio appears to possibly have a DSP chip inside of it which might be why this radio is able to lock onto stations so easily. Audio quality is okay, its a bit on the tinny side but its not terrible. Weight wise its like holding a modern portable radio. Its a light weight unit. The dials turn very smoothly and feel like the quality I was used to in the 80's and 90's when I was a kid. Over all this is a great little radio with an awesome tuner. Just be aware that this is an older style radio, so when you need to replace the batteries you ...
