    Feel like a Kid Again on my JumpSport 350 Pro

    The health benefits of using a mini-trampoline (rebounder) are well documented in a 1980 NASA study that shows it improves bone density and helps the lymphatic system. That's great....more importantly, this is just a FUN workout. I feel like a kid again whenever I use it. Since I enjoy bouncing, it doesn't feel like a workout...but using my WAHOO Heart Rate monitor, I see I'm burning around 330 calories per 20 minute session, so I know I'm doing something right!!! It's also super easy to store, since it doesn't take up a huge amount of room like a treadmill. I'm hooked on my jumpsport 350 PRO
